Just Plain Simple Coaching, LLC is a health and fitness coaching business located at 821 N St, Suite 102, Anchorage, AK 99501. We provide 1:1 weight loss and fitness coaching services to women.

3. Services Offered

Just Plain Simple Coaching, LLC offers personalized 1:1 fitness and weight loss coaching services, which may include customized nutrition guidance, personalized strength training programming, habit and accountability coaching, weekly check-ins, and SMS and email communication related to your coaching program. The specific scope, duration, and pricing of services will be outlined in a separate coaching agreement.

4. Not Medical Advice

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a fitness coaching program and assume full responsibility for your health and safety.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting our website contact form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Just Plain Simple Coaching, LLC. These messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, coaching check-ins and program updates, motivational and educational content, and promotional information about our services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting in to SMS is not required to purchase or receive our services.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Just Plain Simple Coaching, LLC is not responsible for messages that are delayed or undelivered due to factors outside our control.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment terms for coaching services will be outlined in your individual coaching agreement. All sales are final once coaching services have commenced.
